Delete your ZimanGo account
You can permanently delete your ZimanGo account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: In the app (instant)
- Open ZimanGo and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE. Your account is removed immediately.
Option 2: By email request
If you can't access the app anymore, email us from the address linked to your account:
Use the subject "Account deletion request". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, name, sign-in)
- Profile picture and profile data
- Learning progress, streak, XP and leaderboard entries
- Voice recordings you contributed
Some records we are legally required to keep (e.g. purchase/billing records processed by Apple or Google) are retained only as long as the law requires. Community posts may be anonymized instead of deleted to keep conversations readable. See our Privacy Policy for details.
