Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZimanGo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service on an iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Service or its content
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights

ZimanGo offers auto-renewable paid subscription tiers that provide access to enhanced features, which may include but are not limited to:

• Exclusive educational content and tools
• Customization options and digital rewards
• Badges, rankings, or other recognition systems

All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are non-refundable. You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations, through your Apple ID account settings.

We may modify, enhance, or remove features at our sole discretion without prior notice or liability.

If the Service permits uploading, posting, or sharing content (e.g., comments, images, learning materials), you agree that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit
• You grant ZimanGo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, host, reproduce, and distribute your content for purposes related to the Service
• Your content does not violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or contain offensive, harmful, or misleading material

ZimanGo reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Circumvent or attempt to breach security measures
• Interfere with the Service's operation or disrupt other users' access
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.

Your privacy is important to us. ZimanGo collects and uses your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of these Terms. Please review it carefully to understand our data practices.

By using the Service, you consent to receive messages from ZimanGo, including email notifications, updates, and promotional materials. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through the app or by contacting us.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify ZimanGo immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account.

ZimanGo is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use due to your failure to safeguard your account.

The Service may contain links to or rely on third-party services (e.g., Firebase, analytics, or email providers). ZimanGo does not control these services and is not responsible for their content, terms, or data practices.

ZimanGo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any content or data associated with your account may be deleted, unless otherwise required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the content is accurate or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZimanGo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZimanGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to ZimanGo in the past twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZimanGo, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Service
• Infringement of third-party rights or laws

ZimanGo is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, labor disputes, or legal restrictions.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZimanGo operates, or where otherwise required by Apple's App Store agreements.
