Account & Subscription

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login screen and click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the app, go to Settings > Subscription, and select "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

Yes! Go to Settings > Subscription and select "Change Plan". You'll see options to switch between monthly and annual billing.

How do I change my target language?

Navigate to Profile > Language Settings. From there you can add new languages or change your primary learning language.

Technical Issues

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't work, check for updates in your app store. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app (your progress is saved to your account).

Why can't I hear any audio in the lessons?

First check your device volume. Then go to Settings > Audio Settings in the app to test the audio. Make sure you haven't muted lesson audio in the app settings.

My progress isn't saving. What's wrong?

Ensure you're logged in (check Profile). If you have connectivity issues, progress may not sync immediately but will save once you're back online. Contact support if the issue persists.
